These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of alivelabs.io and any related Alive Labs product subdomains (together, the "Site"), operated by Alive Labs ("Alive Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALIVE LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alive Labs and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
